So as you may know I am hosting a triathlon camp in the SC Midlands. This camp is to aid athletes of all abilities. I thought about all the races I have done and I came up with practical swim, bike, run, and transition practice. We will discuss each sport in depth hitting topics, like packing and what gear, transition setups and practice, swim start options for races and practice, sighting, buoy turns, Bike handling clinic, etc. This camp is not built to beat you up, it is built for the athlete looking to learn and get opportunities to practice real skills that will be needed during your race day.
This will be hosted in Late April perfect for those prepping for short distance sprints to Chattanooga 70.3 or 140.6(144.6).
OBJECTIVE- GET YOU READY FOR RACE DAY
Evening: Run neuromuscular activation(NMA), Dynamic drills
Morning: OUTLAW LAKE MURRAY HOUSE- Swim NMA, Drill practice
T1 setup discussion/pack list/ practice/ operations (e.g. no bike shoes stored on bikes)

Afternoon: T2 setup discussion/pack list/practice
Discussion and Practice of Topics like: Run clothing options, reinforce NMA & Dynamic, arm use, foot cadence, relaxation
exercises, hill climbing, aid station handoff and choices
Morning: Bike on race day- Emergency braking, cornering(figure 8), Square of slow bikers,
bottle & nutrition handoffs, passing, seated hill climbing, cutting hills, drafting discussion.

Group Ride Practicing skills enforcing USAT rules.
